Fruit punch

nutritious,delicious,refreshing rich drink

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of  fresh orange juice
  • 11/2 cups of fresh pineapple juice
  • 2 tsps of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk cream
  • 4 scoops of  vanilla icecream
  • 1/4 tsp of fresh ginger juice
  • 1 cup of sugar

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or juicer
  2. add ice cubes and serve immediately with some chopped fruits preferably apple, pineapple and pomegranate
Don't keep this mixture for a long time
